Retention Specialist
Dominique is a Bay Area native who earned her BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics at the University of Adelaide in Australia and completed her MSc in Plant Science and Biotechnology at the University of Leeds in England. She joined the BASC from the Graduate School of Management, where she helped launch Business major advising, and brings nearly 10 years of experience in advising and case management. She approaches advising with the aim of acknowledging each student’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations, and works to foster the self-authorship and self-advocacy skills that will serve students in navigating both UC Davis and the world beyond. Away from work, she enjoys yarn crafts, Lego, and caring for her small but thriving plant collection.
